This remote, entry‑level position supports internal teams by handling day‑to‑day administrative and operational tasks. It is ideal for a detail‑oriented professional eager to learn how modern, distributed organizations run.
Key responsibilities
- Provide administrative and operational assistance, including calendar coordination and meeting preparation.
- Maintain organized workflows, update internal documents, trackers, and shared resources.
- Support onboarding activities for new team members and manage related documentation.
- Perform basic reporting, data entry, and record‑keeping tasks.
- Identify and suggest improvements to streamline administrative processes.
- Serve as a reliable point of contact for internal requests and coordinate with multiple departments.
Required profile
- 0–2 years of experience in an administrative, operations, or support role (internships accepted).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Clear written and verbal communication abilities.
- Comfortable working remotely and managing multiple priorities.
- Proactive mindset with a willingness to learn and take initiative.
