Entry-Level Civil Engineer

About the role

We are seeking an entry‑level civil engineer to join our site/civil department in Abu Dhabi. The role involves working on airport, mixed‑use, residential, higher‑education and other land‑development projects as part of an integrated design team. You will collaborate closely with senior engineers and multidisciplinary teams to deliver high‑quality civil solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop civil designs for site, airport and mixed‑use developments.
• Coordinate civil work with architectural, structural and MEP disciplines.
• Support project schedules and budgets under the guidance of licensed engineers.
• Prepare design documentation and assist in construction oversight when required.
• Review and incorporate client feedback into design revisions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (Master’s preferred).
• Engineer‑in‑Training (EIT) designation strongly preferred.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to work independently or within a team and meet strict deadlines.
• Problem‑solving mindset and self‑starter attitude.

Required skills

• AutoCAD Civil 3D.
• Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• MicroStation (a plus).
