Epic Designer

About the role

AHOY Playbooks, part of Flatgigs, builds strategic decks and proposals for the pre-sales, sales, commercial, tech and product teams. As Epic Designer you will turn complex financial or technical data into clear, visual storytelling and own the graphic design and typography of multi-page proposals.

Key responsibilities

• Presentation design in PowerPoint: build tailored decks, master templates and component systems for high-stakes pitches, keynotes and internal strategies
• No-code web development in Framer: design, build and publish responsive landing pages, create reusable design tokens, layouts and custom animations
• Document and proposal layout: own the design and typography of RFP blueprints, business case summaries, whitepapers and reports
• Brand strategy and identity: maintain and scale corporate brand guidelines, and design iconography, asset libraries and marketing collateral
• Collaborate with marketing, sales and executive teams to turn copy and briefs into polished visual assets

Required profile

• 8+ years of professional experience as a visual, brand, presentation or multidisciplinary designer; history with tech brands preferred
• Comprehensive portfolio showing live Framer sites, presentation decks, document layouts and branding work (client names redacted if needed)
• Ability to take initiative on gaps and work well within a small team

Required skills

• Advanced PowerPoint and Framer, plus Adobe Creative Suite or Figma
• Editorial typography, information hierarchy, grids and multi-page document design
• Data visualization: turning charts and tables into clear diagrams
