Equity Dealer – FPI/NRI Desk for Indian Markets

About the role

This full‑time, on‑site position is based in Dubai and focuses on executing equity trades for FPI and NRI clients in Indian markets (NSE and BSE). The Equity Dealer will ensure timely, accurate order placement while complying with client instructions and regulatory requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Execute equity trades for FPI/NRI clients on NSE and BSE, monitoring market movements and providing real‑time updates.
• Manage client positions, handle trade confirmations, and coordinate with back‑office teams for settlement.
• Maintain accurate transaction records and support relationship managers with investment ideas.
• Adhere to compliance standards and contribute to high‑quality client service in a fast‑paced dealing environment.

Required profile

• Relevant bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, business or related field; NISM certification is mandatory.
• Prior experience as an equity dealer or in broking/capital markets, preferably handling FPI or NRI clients focused on Indian markets.
• Strong analytical, numerical and problem‑solving abilities with attention to detail.
• Effective communication skills and ability to work under time‑sensitive conditions.
