About the role
An EPC company is looking for an experienced Estimation Engineer to prepare techno‑commercial offers for oil and gas projects. The role requires independent work and extensive tendering experience across refinery, on‑shore, off‑shore, piping, pipe‑rack and E&I projects.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare techno‑commercial offers for oil and gas projects.
- Lead tendering activities for refinery, on‑shore, off‑shore, piping, pipe‑rack and electrical & instrumentation (E&I) works.
- Utilise Primavera or other planning software to develop schedules and cost estimates.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in oil and gas project tendering.
- Proven ability to work independently and deliver accurate techno‑commercial proposals.
- Strong knowledge of estimation, tendering processes and planning tools.
Required skills
- Primavera (or equivalent planning software).
