Estimator / Estimation Engineer – Swimming Pools

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Estimator / Estimation Engineer to join our swimming‑pool construction business in Dubai. The successful candidate will be responsible for producing accurate cost estimates, preparing quotations and supporting the sales and project teams throughout the bidding process.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare detailed cost estimates and quotations for swimming‑pool projects.
• Review drawings, specifications and project requirements to ensure completeness.
• Conduct quantity take‑offs and material calculations.
• Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain competitive pricing.
• Prepare Bill of Quantities (BOQs) and tender documentation.
• Analyse project costs and maintain pricing databases.
• Support sales and project teams during bidding and execution stages.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience as an Estimator, preferably in the swimming‑pool industry.
• Good understanding of swimming‑pool construction materials, systems and processes.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Strong numerical and analytical abilities.
• Experience working in the UAE market is an advantage.
• Detail‑oriented with strong commercial awareness.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Excel
• Knowledge of AutoCAD (preferred)
