Ethics & Compliance Analyst (6‑Month Contract)

About the role

Join Masdar’s Ethics & Compliance team to provide essential administrative and operational support for the company’s Ethics and Compliance Program. You will help implement policies, manage third‑party due diligence, and maintain accurate records, ensuring ethical behaviour and regulatory compliance across the organisation.

Key responsibilities

• Support implementation of ethics and compliance processes across corporate functions.
• Act as the first point of contact for routine ethics and compliance queries, escalating complex matters as needed.
• Administer the third‑party screening system, review due‑diligence questionnaires, process quick‑screen requests, and manage system users.
• Initiate and track enhanced due diligence (EDD) cases, keeping trackers up‑to‑date.
• Provide logistical and administrative support for ethics and compliance induction training.
• Coordinate monthly updates on new joiners and leavers with regional offices and Masdar Assets.
• Prepare periodic status reports on EDD cases, disclosures, and outstanding items.
• Maintain and organise department documentation, including logs, trackers and records.

Required profile

• Strong organisational and attention‑to‑detail abilities.
• Effective communication skills for interacting with stakeholders and employees.
• Ability to manage multiple trackers and reports simultaneously.
