Europe Regional Director (Forex/CFD) - Remote

About the role

CG FinTech is seeking an experienced, commercially driven Europe Regional Director to lead regional business development, expand market presence and drive sustainable revenue growth across European markets. The role is remote and suits someone with strong experience in FX/CFD and commodities trading, established industry networks, proven sales leadership and a solid understanding of European financial regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Regional business development: build and execute strategies to expand presence across Europe, identify new opportunities and partnerships, and maintain relationships with IBs, affiliates, institutional clients and financial partners.
• Sales and team leadership: lead regional sales and business development teams to revenue targets, recruit, train and manage teams, set KPIs and monitor performance and client acquisition.
• Market and partner development: grow the partner network, monitor market trends and competitors, and represent the company at industry events and business meetings.
• Compliance and regulatory oversight: ensure business development and client acquisition comply with European KYC, AML and customer due diligence requirements, and work with Compliance, Legal and Risk teams.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics or a related field.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in FX/CFD, brokerage, financial services or online trading.
• Proven regional management, sales leadership and business development experience in European markets.
• Strong network of IBs, affiliates and financial industry partners across Europe.
• Fluency in English; additional European languages are an advantage.
• Willingness to travel across Europe as required.

Required skills

• Strong knowledge of CFDs, commodities and multi-asset trading products.
• Good knowledge of European KYC/AML requirements and financial regulations.
• Excellent leadership, negotiation, communication and strategic planning skills.
