Event Manager

About the role

Boundless is looking for an experienced Event Manager to own the end‑to‑end planning and delivery of B2B and B2C events across the UAE and GCC. You will drive measurable outcomes such as pipeline generation, brand lift and stakeholder engagement while protecting budgets and brand standards.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain an annual events roadmap aligned with commercial and brand objectives.
• Lead venue sourcing, contract negotiation, floor‑plan design, A/V, registration, catering, transport and VIP protocols.
• Coordinate with sales, product, communications and HR to align invite strategies, speaker briefings and content tracks.
• Manage a vendor ecosystem including venues, production houses, creative agencies and staffing partners; run RFPs and SLAs.
• Own event budgets, purchase orders, cost controls and ROI analysis (cost per attendee, lead conversion, satisfaction scores).
• Integrate marketing campaigns before, during and after events; oversee creative assets, signage and on‑site content capture.
• Secure permits, insurance, HSE plans and data‑privacy compliance for registrations.
• Maintain dashboards for attendance, lead quality, NPS, earned coverage and budget variance; deliver executive debriefs.
• Lead an events coordinator and on‑site staff, building a reliable pool of freelancers and suppliers.

Required profile

• 6–8+ years of event management experience in corporate, agency or exhibition settings.
• Strong GCC experience with an established UAE vendor and venue network.
• Proven ability to manage large‑scale productions and multi‑stakeholder projects.
