Events Officer for Zayed Sustainability Prize

About the role

The Events Officer will support the planning and delivery of Zayed Sustainability Prize activities, ensuring each event aligns with Masdar’s business objectives and sustainability agenda. You will work closely with internal teams and external partners to bring global and regional events to life.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and evaluate key global events that enhance the Prize’s positioning each year.
• Research, coordinate, and manage participation in international events throughout the calendar year.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans for all Prize‑related events.
• Manage third‑party vendors, procurement requisitions, and logistics to meet budget and timeline constraints.
• Support the annual Awards Ceremony and related activities during Abu Dhabi Sustainability Week.
• Oversee venue selection, branding, logistics, and collateral production.
• Create creative briefs and coordinate with agencies to ensure clear objectives.
• Conduct post‑event evaluations, reporting on success metrics and improvement areas.
• Maintain stakeholder relationships and provide regular management updates.
