About the role
First Response Healthcare is seeking an Executive Assistant to work closely with senior leadership in Dubai. The position supports business priorities, leadership discussions, key relationships, and important organisational decisions within a fast‑paced healthcare environment.
Key responsibilities
- Support business priorities and assist senior leaders in achieving strategic goals.
- Facilitate leadership discussions, manage key stakeholder relationships, and coordinate important organisational decisions.
- Adapt quickly to changing priorities while ensuring smooth day‑to‑day operations.
Required profile
- Strong organisational and time‑management skills.
- Proactive approach with sound judgement.
- Ability to think ahead and manage responsibilities independently.
- Quick learner who can adapt to changing priorities.
- Prior experience supporting a CEO, Managing Director, or Founder is valuable.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
