About the role
This position offers an exciting opportunity to work directly with senior leadership in a well‑established financial services firm. You will provide high‑level administrative support while coordinating key HR and business development activities.
Key responsibilities
- Manage executive diaries, travel arrangements, and appointment scheduling.
- Prepare presentations, proposals, onboarding documents, and HR reports.
- Serve as primary contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring professional communication.
- Organise meetings, create agendas, briefing materials, and follow‑up on action items.
- Maintain accurate employee and administrative records to support compliance.
- Collaborate with HR, operations, and leadership to streamline workflows.
- Monitor project timelines and HR process deadlines.
- Assist in implementing new HR initiatives, policies, and organisational strategies.
Required profile
- Strong background in administrative and HR roles.
- Proficiency with office software and business tools.
- Excellent organisational and time‑management abilities.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Proactive problem‑solving and decision‑making mindset.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with the financial services industry is a plus.
