About the role
The Executive Assistant & Office Manager provides high‑level administrative support to the Country Manager and senior management team, ensuring smooth daily operations across the office. This position is open to Emirati nationals and involves managing correspondence, diaries, travel, and a range of office functions.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the Country Manager’s calendar, schedule meetings, and prepare minutes for weekly management meetings.
- Draft, format, and vet correspondence, presentations (PowerPoint), documents (Word) and spreadsheets (Excel) on behalf of senior leadership.
- Organise luncheons, conferences, PR events, and travel arrangements, including accommodation and logistics.
- Oversee office services such as mailroom, cafeteria, fitness centre and general administration.
- Coordinate leave and absence tracking for the senior management team.
- Act as point of contact for customers and suppliers during events, handling queries and troubleshooting on‑site.
- Support the Marketing and HR teams with event planning, supplier coordination and employee roadshow activities.
Required profile
- Emirati nationality (explicitly required).
- Proven experience providing executive‑level administrative support.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines.
Required skills
- Microsoft PowerPoint – creating and formatting presentations.
- Microsoft Word – drafting and editing correspondence.
- Microsoft Excel – preparing reports and managing data.
