About the role
We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and professional Executive Assistant to support the CEO and executive office operations. The role involves managing the CEO’s schedule, communications, and administrative tasks to ensure smooth and efficient executive functions.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the CEO’s calendar, meetings, travel arrangements, and daily schedule.
- Coordinate internal and external communications on behalf of the CEO office.
- Prepare reports, presentations, meeting agendas, and correspondence.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Organize and follow up on meetings, action points, and executive priorities.
- Liaise with internal departments, stakeholders, and external partners.
- Support event coordination, business travel, and executive office administration.
Required profile
- Previous experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or similar role supporting senior leadership.
- Strong communication, coordination, and multitasking abilities.
- High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and manage changing priorities.
- Experience in the Real Estate or Development industry is a strong advantage.
