About the role
The Executive Assistant provides high‑level administrative and coordination support to the Chairman while also assisting the Senior Leadership Team and the Senior Management Office. This position requires professionalism, discretion, and strong organisational capability to keep senior leadership operating smoothly.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for the Chairman with internal and external stakeholders.
- Manage the Chairman’s calendar, meetings, appointments, travel arrangements and expense tracking.
- Prepare agendas, briefing materials, presentations and supporting documents.
- Attend meetings, record minutes, track action items and ensure timely follow‑up.
- Handle correspondence, emails and document flow on behalf of the Chairman.
- Coordinate meetings, workshops and leadership sessions for senior management.
- Support the Senior Management Office with scheduling, documentation and reporting.
- Maintain structured digital and physical filing systems and facilitate cross‑functional communication.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management or a related field (preferred).
- 2‑5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant or similar role supporting senior executives.
- Proven experience supporting C‑level executives, a Chairman or senior leadership.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a high level of discretion.
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy and ability to manage multiple priorities.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Calendar).
- Familiarity with office productivity tools for document preparation and data entry.
