About the role
Al Ramz Capital L.L.C. is looking for an experienced Executive Assistant to provide high-level support to the Group CEO of its Investment Banking business.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the CEO's diary, meetings, appointments and travel.
- Coordinate communications with internal and external stakeholders.
- Prepare meeting briefs, agendas, minutes, presentations and correspondence.
- Screen and prioritise calls, emails and requests.
- Track meeting actions and follow up with relevant stakeholders.
- Maintain confidential executive files and records.
- Support executive projects and ad hoc requirements of the CEO.
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree.
- Minimum 5 years' relevant Executive Assistant experience, preferably in financial services.
- Fluent English and Arabic is an advantage.
- High level of discretion, professionalism, initiative and attention to detail.
Required skills
- Excellent communication, organisation and time-management skills.
- Strong Microsoft Office and IT skills.
