Executive – Clinic Administration

About the role

The Executive – Clinic Administration will oversee the operational performance of the Royal Medical Center in Ras al‑Khaimah, ensuring excellent customer service, quality, cost control and compliance with company strategy and local regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Implement and improve quality SOPs in close collaboration with the Quality Manager.
• Coordinate insurance processes at the clinic level and supervise daily accounts.
• Manage store interactions, raw‑material purchasing, movement and usage.
• Oversee housekeeping, waste disposal and routine checks of treatment and procedure rooms, including monitoring expiry dates of injections, vaccines and lab reagents.
• Ensure compliance with Ministry of Health (MOH) requirements for the clinic, doctors and staff.
• Maintain patient contact details and internal documentation, and coordinate accurate reporting with Lab and Radiology departments.
• Supervise front‑office administration, schedule monthly duty rosters and monitor employee attendance.
• Provide on‑site assistance to patients, guaranteeing no patient waits more than five minutes.
• Induct, train, develop and support staff, handling performance management, absence and sickness coordination.
• Communicate company messages, promote teamwork across departments and assist in organizing CME activities.

Required profile

• College diploma in any discipline or related field.
• Proven experience supervising daily clinic operations, including front‑office, housekeeping, and waste disposal.
