Executive Driver

About the role

The Executive Driver will provide safe, reliable, and punctual transportation for the General Manager of Ghobash Group. This role requires meticulous planning of daily travel, meetings, airport transfers, and business appointments across Abu Dhabi, Dubai, and other UAE locations.

Key responsibilities

• Transport the General Manager safely and on time, handling all travel logistics.
• Plan and manage daily schedules, meetings, airport transfers, and business appointments.
• Select optimal routes considering traffic conditions and travel time.
• Maintain the executive vehicle in excellent condition, performing daily checks of fuel, tyres, oil, brakes, cleanliness, and documentation.
• Arrange scheduled servicing, repairs, registration, and insurance renewal.
• Maintain strict confidentiality regarding company matters, meetings, and conversations.
• Assist the General Manager with luggage, documents, and other reasonable requests.
• Record trips, mileage, fuel consumption, and vehicle expenses accurately.
• Adhere to UAE traffic regulations and company safety procedures.
• Be flexible to work extended hours, weekends, or public holidays as needed.

Required profile

• Valid UAE light‑vehicle driving licence with a clean record.
• Minimum 5 years of UAE driving experience, preferably as an executive or personal driver.
• Strong knowledge of Abu Dhabi, Dubai, and other UAE routes.
• Professional appearance, respectful behaviour, and excellent communication skills in English; Arabic or Hindi is a plus.
• High level of confidentiality, punctuality, patience, and reliability.

Required skills

• Proficiency with GPS navigation and traffic applications.
