Executive Manager – Corporate Credit – Fixed Income Investments

About the role

Lead the corporate credit investment mandate within ADCB’s Treasury & Investments Group, managing fixed income exposures across developed and emerging markets while balancing risk, return, and capital efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute portfolio strategies, positioning exposures across capital structures, tenors and currencies.
• Monitor macro‑economic, geopolitical and market risks and adjust holdings to maintain alignment with the bank’s risk appetite.
• Oversee portfolio construction, trade execution and rebalancing to optimise liquidity, capital deployment and risk‑weighted asset utilisation.
• Identify and implement new market, product or issuer opportunities to enhance performance and capital efficiency.
• Engage with external counterparties, issuers and brokers to source opportunities and manage liquidity.

Required profile

• Minimum 8 years of experience in corporate credit or fixed income portfolio management.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics or related field; CFA, FRM or equivalent preferred.
• Strong understanding of market dynamics, trading behaviour and relevant regulations in both developed and emerging markets.
