Executive – Production (Pharma Manufacturing)

About the role

As part of a greenfield pharmaceutical manufacturing setup, the Executive – Production will oversee end‑to‑end manufacturing and packaging of tablets, capsules, ointments and liquids, ensuring compliance with global and UAE regulatory standards.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the complete production process for tablets, capsules, ointments and liquids.
• Manage bottle packing, blister packaging and track‑and‑trace operations in line with cGMP requirements.
• Collaborate with production teams to optimise processes and improve efficiency.
• Conduct regular inspections and audits of manufacturing and packaging operations.
• Document and report production activities, maintaining accurate records.
• Identify and resolve production challenges using problem‑solving techniques.
• Prepare, review and maintain BMR, BPR and SOP documentation.
• Train and mentor junior staff on best practices in manufacturing and packaging.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in pharmacy or a related field.
• 9–15 years of experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing and packaging, covering tablets, capsules, ointments and liquids.
• Experience in a greenfield setup is preferred.
• Proven expertise in production planning, process optimisation and compliance with global and UAE regulatory standards.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent organisational, documentation and communication skills.
