Executive Recruiter (Commission-Based)

About the role

Agile Consultants is hiring an Executive Recruiter in Dubai for a commission-based role within executive search and recruitment. The recruiter sources high-quality candidates, manages end-to-end recruitment processes, screens applicants, coordinates with clients and candidates, and supports hiring strategies across several industries. The role suits a target-driven recruiter with UAE/GCC recruitment experience.

Key responsibilities

• Sourcing and maintaining a steady pipeline of quality candidates through databases, portals, external sites, job boards and social media.
• Evaluating applications and screening candidates by call and email, and arranging pre-interview assessments.
• Developing hiring strategies and procedures in line with industry trends.
• Understanding client needs and helping prepare job descriptions.
• Advising client decision-makers on hiring objectives and recruitment recommendations.
• Keeping candidate information up to date and ensuring clear communication between client and candidate.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of end-to-end recruitment experience in staffing, recruitment agencies, consultancies or executive search firms.
• At least 1 year of that experience in the UAE/GCC recruitment market.
• Proven track record of closing positions in sectors such as manufacturing, logistics, trading, engineering, IT, construction and consulting.
• Based in the UAE on a residence visa (parent or spouse sponsorship).
• Strong negotiation and people management skills, able to handle sensitive and confidential assignments.
