About the role

We are seeking an Executive Reporting & Briefings Expert to join a leading Abu Dhabi government entity. The role involves transforming complex strategic information into clear executive reports, board papers and presentations for senior leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare executive reports, briefing notes, presentations, dashboards and leadership updates.
• Develop high‑quality materials for board, executive committee and senior leadership meetings.
• Convert operational, strategic and project data into concise executive narratives.
• Create impactful presentations using storytelling and visual communication.
• Establish reporting templates, standards and ensure formatting consistency.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional stakeholders to gather, validate and synthesize information.
• Edit and refine reports to ensure clarity, accuracy and executive‑level quality.
• Handle confidential and time‑sensitive assignments with professionalism.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Public Policy, Journalism, Design, Finance or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in executive reporting, strategic communications, board affairs or management consulting.
• Proven track record preparing board‑level reports and executive briefings.
• Exceptional writing, editing and business storytelling abilities.
• Strong analytical mindset with meticulous attention to detail.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint.
