Executive Sales

About the role

We are seeking an Executive Sales professional to join the JW Marriott team in Dubai. The role focuses on delivering exceptional service to guests while driving revenue through effective sales techniques and loyalty program management.

Key responsibilities

• Handle guest inquiries, requests, and problems by coordinating with relevant departments such as Sales, Data Administration, and Accounting.
• Utilize up‑selling and cross‑selling techniques to maximize revenue while maintaining guest loyalty to Marriott.
• Process reservation requests, changes, cancellations, and Marriott Rewards redemptions received via phone, fax or mail.
• Enter and maintain guest and rewards information in the Marriott reservation system.
• Provide general office support for the Sales & Marketing team, including filing, email correspondence, typing, and faxing.
• Assist management in training and motivating staff, serving as a role model.
• Uphold company policies, professional appearance, confidentiality, and asset protection.
• Deliver courteous guest service, anticipate needs, and ensure a positive experience.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum two years of experience in a sales, reservations, or guest‑service environment.
• Strong communication skills and professional telephone etiquette.
• Ability to lift and move objects up to 10 lb without assistance.
• Commitment to teamwork and adherence to quality standards.
