About the role
The Executive Secretary provides high‑level administrative support to senior management, handling correspondence, scheduling, and research. This role ensures smooth office operations and may supervise junior staff. The position involves coordinating meetings, managing travel arrangements, and ensuring confidential information is handled securely.
Key responsibilities
- Take minutes during meetings and prepare related documentation.
- Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations.
- Organize events, lunches, and dinners, and act as a host when required.
- Attend events in a PR/hostess capacity as needed.
- Support the Project Management Team with personal and work‑related duties.
- Prepare letters, documents, and handle telephone communications.
Required profile
- Minimum two years of experience in a similar secretarial role.
- Familiarity with the local environment in Dubai.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Experience using SAP.
