Exhibition Designer

About the role

The Exhibition Designer will work full‑time on‑site in Dubai, creating innovative exhibition stands and branded environments for Experientia’s clients. You will translate brand objectives into spatial and graphic concepts, produce 3D visualisations, and support the execution of projects from concept to build‑up.

Key responsibilities

• Conceptualise and develop exhibition stand layouts and experiential spaces.
• Create 3D visualisations, technical drawings, plans and elevations using 3ds Max, SketchUp, AutoCAD and related tools.
• Collaborate with project and production teams to ensure designs are feasible, on‑brand and delivered on schedule.
• Work directly with clients to gather requirements, present design proposals and incorporate feedback.
• Assist with material selection, detailing and vendor coordination during build‑up and show periods.

Required profile

• Relevant degree or diploma in Exhibition Design, Interior Design, Architecture or a related field.
• Strong ability to visualise and communicate design ideas through 3D renderings and graphics.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment with multiple projects.
• Excellent collaboration, communication and problem‑solving skills.
