Experience Lead

About the role

Tabby is seeking an Experience Lead to bridge customer experience insights with product development. Based in Dubai, you will act as the voice of customers and agents at the product table, ensuring that product decisions are grounded in real‑world support data.

Key responsibilities

• Represent agent feedback and anecdotal customer insights in close alignment with Product teams.
• Author and maintain CX content for the assigned product scope, ensuring accuracy and clarity.
• Present consolidated CX insights during product discussions, roadmap reviews, and release planning.
• Utilise Voice of Customer (VoC), Voice of Agent (VoA), quality findings and personal judgement to identify gaps between product vision and support experience.
• Challenge product decisions where CX risk, friction or downstream operational impact is identified.
• Ensure CX considerations are embedded early in the product lifecycle rather than retrofitted after release.

Required profile

• Senior individual contributor with strong judgement and credibility with product leaders.
• Proven experience in customer experience, support operations, quality assurance or related fields.
• Ability to push back on product decisions when customer or agent experience is at risk.
• Excellent communication skills and the confidence to influence cross‑functional teams.
