Experience Restaurant Manager

About the role

The Experience Restaurant Manager will lead the daily operations of Doner House in Abu Dhabi, ensuring high‑quality food service, optimal team performance and guest satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Recruit, train, motivate and evaluate staff to build a skilled and engaged team.
• Implement hygiene, cleanliness procedures and oversee preparation and presentation of food according to brand standards.
• Plan, organize, direct and control day‑to‑day restaurant operations.
• Determine service offerings and implement operational procedures.
• Control inventory, monitor revenues and adjust procedures and pricing.
• Greet customers, resolve complaints and ensure health and safety regulations are followed.
• Negotiate catering arrangements and facility use for banquets or receptions.
• Prepare the annual budget and business plan for the department.

Required profile

• 8‑10 years of experience in food and beverage, with at least 3‑4 years in a managerial role.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Food and Beverage.
• Fluency in English; Arabic is a major plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office.
