About the role

We are seeking an experienced and results‑driven Sales Manager to lead our sales function and accelerate revenue growth. The successful candidate will design strategic sales plans, nurture relationships with corporate clients, sponsors and partners, and translate market opportunities into measurable results.

Key responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, sponsors and strategic partners.
  • Create and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve targets and expand the customer base.
  • Identify, qualify and generate new business opportunities across target markets.
  • Maintain and update the client database, monitoring sales performance and pipeline health.
  • Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts and performance updates to senior management.

Required profile

  • Master’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • UAE driving licence (mandatory).
  • 3–5 years of experience as a Sales Officer or Sales Manager with a proven record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead sales teams and develop client‑focused, differentiated solutions.

Required skills

  • Strong communication, negotiation and presentation abilities.
  • Analytical mindset with solid time‑management and results‑orientation.
