Export Sales Manager

About the role

We are recruiting on behalf of a leading multinational dairy products company for an Export Sales Manager. The position follows a hybrid model, requiring attendance at the Ras Al Khaimah office twice a week to collaborate closely with leadership and cross‑functional teams.

Key responsibilities

  • Execute sales plans under the direction of the Sales Head.
  • Develop new local and international customer accounts.
  • Manage and grow existing client relationships.
  • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
  • Prepare quotations, follow up on orders, and coordinate internally.
  • Support export sales activities and documentation when required.
  • Track competitor activity and market trends.
  • Maintain accurate sales reporting and pipeline updates.

Required profile

  • Minimum 5 years of sales experience in dairy products (mandatory).
  • Exposure to export sales is a plus.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills in English.
  • Target‑driven, proactive, and commercially disciplined.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Growth‑oriented mindset.
