EYFS and Primary Receptionist

About the role

The Arbor School is looking for a motivated and proactive EYFS and Primary Receptionist to join our vibrant community. You will be the first point of contact for students, parents and staff, helping to create a welcoming environment while supporting the school’s ecological and sustainability vision.

Key responsibilities

• Manage front‑desk operations, greet visitors and handle phone enquiries.
• Provide administrative, clerical and secretarial support to the EYFS and Primary teams.
• Maintain accurate student records, attendance registers and daily logs.
• Coordinate scheduling of meetings, events and parent‑teacher communications.
• Assist with the implementation of sustainability initiatives across the school.
• Ensure the reception area remains tidy, organized and reflective of the school’s values.
