EYFS Teacher – Early Years at Al Ain British Academy

About the role

We are seeking an outstanding EYFS Teacher to join Al Ain British Academy for the 2026‑2027 academic year. The successful candidate will deliver the English National Curriculum to early years learners, fostering a vibrant and inclusive learning environment.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging lessons in line with the school’s Teaching and Learning Policy.
• Create a climate conducive to outstanding practice and set clear learning objectives.
• Identify and differentiate for SEN (POD), EAL and G&T students.
• Utilise assessment for learning and performance data to inform planning.
• Incorporate ICT effectively to enhance learning.
• Maintain discipline according to the Behaviour for Learning Policy.
• Mark student work regularly, set progress targets, and keep systematic records.

Required profile

• Secure knowledge of the English National Curriculum.
• Proven track record of raising standards and closing learning gaps.
• Leadership experience at various levels and ability to work collaboratively.
• Genuine appreciation of regional values and school ethos.
