Façade Project Manager – High‑Rise Projects

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Façade Project Manager to lead the end‑to‑end delivery of complex façade packages for high‑rise and high‑profile projects in Abu Dhabi. You will coordinate design, engineering, procurement, fabrication, installation, testing and handover, ensuring compliance with quality, safety, schedule and budget requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Lead full façade package execution for high‑rise and VIP projects.
• Develop project plans, method statements, ITPs and installation sequences.
• Manage scope, budget, schedule, risks and change control.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, main contractors and internal teams.
• Plan façade installation methods, sequencing and site activities.
• Ensure façade systems meet structural, thermal, weather and acoustic requirements.
• Oversee material procurement and factory fabrication quality.
• Manage site installation teams and monitor daily/weekly progress.
• Implement QA/QC procedures and façade performance testing.
• Monitor project schedules, budgets, variations and reporting.
• Resolve site issues, interface challenges and technical problems.
• Lead and coordinate multidisciplinary project teams.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Mechanical or Architectural Engineering.
• 8–15+ years of façade industry experience, including at least 5 years on high‑rise projects.
• Strong GCC/Middle East high‑rise project experience preferred.
• Proven delivery of façade projects using Schüco façade systems is highly desirable.
• Experience in façade value engineering and system optimisation.
• Strong leadership, stakeholder coordination and problem‑solving abilities.
