Facade QA/QC Engineer (Junior & Senior)

About the role

MERAKI GROUP is looking for a dedicated Facade QA/QC Engineer to join its quality assurance team in Dubai. You will ensure that all façade installations meet the highest standards of quality, safety, and compliance throughout the construction process.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement quality‑assurance processes specific to façade systems.
• Conduct inspections of façade materials and assemblies to verify compliance with project specifications.
• Review and approve method statements and inspection test plans (ITPs) related to façade installation.
• Coordinate and supervise site activities, including material delivery inspections and installation checks.
• Maintain comprehensive records of inspections, tests, and quality reports.
• Identify non‑conformities and work with subcontractors to develop corrective action plans.
• Ensure all quality‑related documentation is up‑to‑date and accessible.
• Liaise between project management, contractors, and consultants on quality issues.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
• 2‑5 years of experience in quality assurance/control for façade construction.
• Strong understanding of façade materials, construction methods, and relevant building codes.
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency in preparing and reviewing ITPs, method statements, and QA documentation.
• Familiarity with inspection techniques specific to façade systems.
