Facilities & Asset Supervisor

About the role

The Facilities & Asset Supervisor will lead the strategic management, maintenance and optimisation of the company’s facilities and assets across multiple sites in Dubai. The role ensures uninterrupted business operations, cost‑effective maintenance, and compliance with safety and regulatory standards.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day facilities operations, including MEP, HVAC, refrigeration, ventilation, plumbing and civil works.
• Develop and implement preventive and predictive maintenance programmes for all building assets and equipment.
• Maintain a comprehensive asset register, monitor performance, conduct condition assessments and recommend refurbishment or replacement strategies.
• Lead renovation, fit‑out and expansion projects, managing budgets, timelines, contractors and stakeholders.
• Prepare and control annual CAPEX and OPEX budgets, identify cost‑saving opportunities and perform ROI analysis for capital projects.
• Manage service contracts, vendor relationships and ensure compliance with KPIs, SLAs, safety and regulatory requirements.
• Drive sustainability and energy‑efficiency initiatives to reduce operating costs.
• Conduct facility audits, ensure corrective actions and maintain documentation for permits, certifications and maintenance records.
