Facilities Engineer

About the role

Kaizen Asset Management Services, a leading property management firm in Dubai, is looking for a skilled Facilities Engineer to join its team. The role focuses on ensuring the efficient and reliable operation of building systems across residential, commercial and retail properties.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee operation, maintenance and repair of electrical, mechanical and plumbing systems.
• Perform regular inspections to identify and resolve maintenance or safety issues.
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance programmes.
• Coordinate with external contractors for repairs and renovations while managing quality and budget.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, expenses and equipment inventory.
• Respond promptly to tenant requests and complaints.
• Conduct energy audits and implement energy‑saving initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• Proven experience in facility management or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of electrical, mechanical and plumbing systems in commercial and residential buildings.
• Valid UAE driver’s licence and reliable transportation.
