Facilities Field Specialist

About the role

The Facilities Field Specialist will oversee and support the maintenance of non‑power block facilities for Emirates Nuclear Energy Corporation. Acting as the primary point of contact for occupants, the role ensures that all buildings remain safe, clean, and operational while supporting infrastructure maintenance initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Lead custodial duties to maintain operating excellence, cleanliness, and safety across assigned facilities.
• Provide input to the facility punch‑list process and coordinate with contractors during maintenance activities.
• Conduct regular surveillances with building occupants to identify maintenance gaps and address them promptly.
• Manage vendor invoices, perform data entry, and maintain accurate records.
• Prepare budget and expenditure analyses to track progress toward business objectives.
• Develop and maintain preventive and corrective maintenance schedules.
• Contribute to infrastructure maintenance procedures and ensure they reflect current plant conditions.
• Implement a 5S program (Sort, Set in Order, Shine, Standardize, Sustain) and educate staff on continuous improvement.
• Support outage and Emergency Response Organization (ERO) activities, including shift or off‑hours work as required.

Required profile

• Proven experience in facilities or building management, preferably in an industrial or energy environment.
• Strong ability to coordinate with contractors, vendors, and building occupants.
• Experience preparing budget analyses and managing vendor invoicing.
• Familiarity with 5S methodology and continuous improvement practices.
• Willingness to work shift or off‑hours support for outage and emergency response.
