Facilities Management Engineer – Hard Services

About the role

We are seeking an Engineer – Facilities Management to join Transguard Group’s Total Facilities Management team in Dubai. The role supports the Facilities Manager and clients in day‑to‑day operational management of hard services, ensuring the building is maintained, functional and safe for occupants.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Facilities Manager in overseeing maintenance activities, vendor coordination and housekeeping services.
• Prepare monthly operational reports and monitor service delivery against contractual SLA/KPIs.
• Identify and record continuous‑improvement initiatives, including process enhancements and cost‑saving opportunities.
• Manage specialist contractors and vendors, ensuring compliance with procurement policies.
• Monitor staff attendance, sickness and holidays in line with company procedures.
• Liaise regularly with clients, conduct site visits, and hold meetings to maintain high service standards.
• Support procurement of materials and services in close collaboration with the procurement team.

Required profile

• Proven ability to support facilities management operations and coordinate multiple service providers.
• Experience preparing performance reports and managing SLA/KPI compliance.
• Strong organisational focus on health, safety and regulatory compliance.
• Effective communication for client interaction and team coordination.
