Facilities Management Specialist – Teslam

About the role

The Facilities Management Specialist (Teslam) will ensure high‑quality corporate facility and support services across ENEC and its subsidiaries. The role focuses on delivering maintenance, compliance, and asset‑management activities in line with ENEC standards, government regulations, and the Teslam business plan.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee and advise contracted maintenance staff for all ENEC head‑office facilities.
• Manage scheduled (PPM) and reactive maintenance requests with suppliers efficiently.
• Review work orders, verify scope, and ensure execution plans meet FM codes of practice (FSG20) and ENEC policies.
• Evaluate asset life‑cycle, provide financial forecasts, and recommend actions to avoid system failures.
• Conduct HSE‑compliant audits of supplier activities and internal processes.
• Assess office space utilization, support layout and interior design projects, and produce technical reports.
• Lead internal and supplier audits, develop action plans, and monitor compliance.
• Oversee soft services such as utilities, housekeeping, energy management, and cleaning to meet senior management expectations.
