Facilities Manager – Lead New FM Company

About the role

Windmills Group is launching a new facility management company in the United Arab Emirates and seeks an experienced leader to build and run the operation. You will be responsible for establishing day‑to‑day services, driving business growth, and ensuring financial and regulatory compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Set up and manage daily facility management operations.
• Develop and enforce business strategies and operational policies.
• Lead business development activities and secure new contracts.
• Oversee budgeting, profitability, and overall financial performance.
• Recruit, train, and supervise operational and administrative teams.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with UAE health, safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
• Monitor service delivery and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Prepare operational and financial reports for ownership.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, or a related field.
• At least 10 years of facility management experience, including 5 years in a leadership role.
• Deep knowledge of UAE facility management regulations and industry practices.
• Proven track record in business development and team management.
• Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and financial planning abilities.
• Valid UAE driving licence preferred.
