About the role
The Facilities Technician is responsible for carrying out mechanical maintenance activities, ensuring quality workmanship and compliance with Health, Safety and Environment standards.
Key responsibilities
- Perform corrective, planned preventive and emergency mechanical maintenance.
- Monitor, maintain and update records of equipment, tools, materials and spare parts.
- Complete assigned maintenance service requests within agreed timeframes.
- Ensure compliance with the preventive maintenance schedule and submit service reports.
- Promote good customer service and tenant satisfaction.
Required profile
- School grade pass out with practical mechanical experience.
- 4–5 years of local experience in a similar role.
- Attention to detail and concern for quality and safety.
