Facility Management

About the role

The Facility Management role is responsible for overseeing the performance of the property management company and ensuring that all building services meet contractual and service level standards. The position requires close coordination with engineering, leasing, and management teams to maintain optimal building operations.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor the performance of the property management company and ensure compliance with contract terms.
• Follow up on maintenance requests, guaranteeing completion within SLA timelines.
• Review and approve operational reports before forwarding them to senior management.
• Conduct periodic site visits, record observations, and drive corrective actions.
• Track occupancy rates, vacancies, lease contracts, and maintenance matters in coordination with the management company.
• Prepare meeting minutes, follow‑up reports, and ensure implementation of decisions.
• Coordinate between the property management company and the engineering department for timely execution of works.
• Produce weekly and monthly reports on building performance, maintenance, and service levels.
• Maintain and update the database of buildings, units, contracts, and observations.
• Escalate risks and recommendations to management and coordinate corrective actions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in facility or property management.
• Fluent in Arabic and English.
