Facility Management Technician

About the role

As a General Maintenance & Facilities Assistant you will help maintain a safe, clean and well‑organized environment across the site. Your work supports daily operations, facility upkeep and promotes a positive workplace for employees, visitors and contractors.

Key responsibilities

• Perform general cleaning and housekeeping activities across designated areas.
• Carry out road sweeping and cleaning of internal and external roads.
• Support landscaping tasks such as watering, trimming, pruning, weeding and monitoring irrigation systems.
• Assist with pest control activities and report any signs of infestation.
• Clean conveyors, transfer stations, IBA areas and other process‑related facilities.
• Ensure proper collection, segregation and disposal of waste according to site procedures.
• Conduct routine inspections, report defects, damages and abnormal conditions.
• Assist with basic MEP maintenance activities as directed by the Supervisor.

Required profile

• High school diploma, certificate or equivalent qualification.
• Good knowledge of health, safety and environmental (HSE) practices.
• Minimum of 4 years experience in general housekeeping, cleaning, landscaping and facility support.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow oral and written instructions.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Basic MEP maintenance.
• Operation of cleaning equipment, tools and machinery.
