Facility Management Technician Positions in UAE

About the role

Enova is seeking experienced technicians to join its facility management team in the United Arab Emirates. The roles cover a wide range of technical disciplines, ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of building systems across multiple sites.

Key responsibilities

• Perform routine and preventive maintenance on HVAC, electrical, ELV, plumbing, BMS, civil and MEP systems.
• Diagnose faults, carry out repairs, and coordinate with supervisors for complex issues.
• Maintain accurate service records and ensure compliance with safety standards.
• Support storekeeping functions, including inventory management of spare parts.
• Collaborate with other technicians and supervisors to optimize system performance.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience in facility management and maintenance.
• Technical qualification relevant to the specific discipline (e.g., HVAC, electrical, civil).
• Good command of English.
• Ability to work on-site in a fast‑paced environment.
