Facility Manager – Dubai

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Facility Manager to oversee the daily operations and maintenance of our residential and commercial properties in Dubai. The role involves ensuring all building systems function efficiently while delivering high-quality service to tenants.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and monitor all facility operations on site.
• Ensure proper maintenance and operation of MEP systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire alarm, firefighting, and ELV.
• Coordinate with internal maintenance teams and external contractors.
• Implement and follow up on preventive maintenance schedules and corrective works.
• Conduct regular site inspections, prepare reports, and monitor service provider performance.
• Handle technical complaints from tenants and provide timely solutions.
• Maintain compliance with health, safety, and building regulations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Engineering, Facilities Management, Building Management, or related field.
• 3–5 years of facility management experience, preferably in residential or commercial properties.
• Strong knowledge of UAE facility management standards and safety requirements.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem‑solving abilities.
