Facility Supervisor

About the role

We are looking for a highly organized Facility Supervisor to ensure the smooth operation of our offices and related infrastructure in Ras Al Khaimah. The role combines hands‑on maintenance oversight with team and vendor coordination to provide a safe, efficient work environment for all employees.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee continuous operation and preventive maintenance of HVAC, plumbing, studios, servers and other building systems.
• Coordinate internal maintenance, reception and cleaning teams as well as external service providers.
• Maintain accurate documentation, centralize contracts and verify supplier invoices to ensure compliance with company policies.
• Manage employee relocation, evaluate rental properties, negotiate contracts and supervise monthly inspections and payments.
• Procure, track and replace office equipment, furniture and supplies while monitoring expenses and proposing cost‑optimisation measures.
• Support the development and implementation of facilities‑management policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with Operations, HR and senior leadership, provide training to new hires and resolve facility‑related issues promptly.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of proven experience in facility or property management.
• At least a high‑school diploma; a bachelor’s degree is a plus.
• Advanced proficiency in written and spoken English.
• Strong understanding of real‑estate and property‑management principles.
