Factory Manager – Socks Manufacturing

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Factory Manager to oversee the daily operations of a socks manufacturing factory in Sharjah. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing production, workers, machinery, quality control, raw materials, production schedules and overall factory operations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and supervise overall factory operations, ensuring production targets are met.
• Plan and monitor daily and monthly production schedules and delivery deadlines.
• Supervise factory staff, allocate manpower efficiently, and coordinate with foremen.
• Monitor product quality, reduce defects and waste, and ensure proper machine operation and maintenance.
• Oversee raw material, finished goods, and inventory management.
• Prepare regular production reports for management and identify practical solutions to production problems.
• Ensure workplace safety and proper use of equipment, and train and motivate workers.
