Faculty – CACHE Level 5 (Early Years Education)

About the role

Exeed College is seeking an experienced Early Years Education professional to join its academic team as a Faculty member for CACHE Level 5. This remote position involves delivering high‑quality online learning, mentoring aspiring educators, and contributing to curriculum development for an internationally recognised programme.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver engaging, interactive, learner‑centric CACHE Level 5 sessions via digital platforms.
• Inspire, mentor, and support learners throughout their academic journey.
• Design learning experiences that bridge theory and early‑years practice.
• Contribute to curriculum enhancement, assessment design, and academic quality initiatives.
• Provide timely, constructive feedback to promote learner success.
• Collaborate with academic and administrative teams to maintain programme excellence.
• Foster an inclusive, supportive, and intellectually stimulating online classroom environment.

Required profile

• Cache Level 5 qualification or certification in Early Years Education or a closely related discipline.
• Minimum 3–5 years of teaching experience in higher education.
• Strong expertise in early childhood education, child development, learning theories, and early‑years practice.
• Experience delivering CACHE Level 5 or equivalent programmes.
• Understanding of learner assessment, academic quality assurance, and student support.
• Proven ability to facilitate live online classes using digital learning platforms.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
