Family Growth Specialist – Immediate Joiner

About the role

The Family Growth Specialist will work in the Customer Happiness Center in Abu Dhabi, handling applications, verifying eligibility, and supporting beneficiaries throughout the process. The role is for a fixed‑term of one year and requires immediate availability.

Key responsibilities

• Receive, review, and verify applications against established criteria and regulations.
• Check completeness of supporting documents and inform applicants of any missing information.
• Monitor application status, respond to beneficiary inquiries, and provide necessary updates.
• Prepare periodic performance reports covering application volume, acceptance rates, processing times, and satisfaction levels.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Social Sciences, Public Administration, Customer Service or a related field (preferred).
• 1–4 years of experience in customer happiness centers, government service centers, or similar application‑processing roles.
• Strong understanding of government service processes and customer journey management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Arabic and English.
• Immediate availability to join is preferred.
