Fashion Consultant – Luxury Retail (Mall of the Emirates)

About the role

As a Fashion Consultant you will be responsible for achieving individual and collective sales targets while delivering an exceptional guest experience. You will also support the implementation of CRM, CX and other key customer initiatives in‑store.

Key responsibilities

• Collect data on customer behaviour, top sellers and slow movers for business reviews.
• Drive client relationships using an omni‑channel approach and provide pre‑buying product feedback.
• Promote the loyalty program (MUSE) and stay up‑to‑date with app offerings.
• Ensure visual merchandising guidelines, SOPs and click‑and‑collect SLAs are adhered to.
• Capture customer data in line with marketing requirements and support in‑store marketing events and activations.
• Monitor brand social media campaigns, drive sell‑throughs and support CX initiatives.
• Provide input on store performance and help improve people experience initiatives.

Required profile

• Strong English communication skills.
• Eligibility for the Emiratisation programme.
