Fashion Consultant, The Shoe Deal

About the role

Chalhoub Group, a luxury retailer with over 300 international brands, is hiring a Fashion Consultant for The Shoe Deal in Dubai. The consultant drives sales targets and guest experience, supports CRM, CX and other customer and people initiatives in-store, and works within an omni-channel approach.

Key responsibilities

• Collect data on customer behaviour, top sellers and slow movers for business reviews
• Build client relationships in an omni-channel way and give pre-buying product feedback
• Drive eNPS through people experience initiatives and culture
• Ensure adherence to VM guidelines and SOPs, and that click-and-collect is done within SLAs
• Capture customer data according to marketing requirements and promote the MUSE loyalty programme
• Support in-store marketing events, campaigns and CX initiatives, and give feedback on what works and what does not

Required profile

• Strong English communication skills
• Arabic, Russian or Hindi is an advantage
• Prior footwear retail experience is preferred; retail experience is mandatory
• Clienteling and CRM building are essential
• Comfortable commuting to Outlet Village
